By using this website to add/edit/remove listings or to upload any content, media, content or imagery, you agree to the following:

• That you have license and rights to use the content you upload
• To hold The Old Car Guys free and clear of any obligation or remedy for any reason relating to your listing
• That you understand that payments for individual accounts are non-refundable
• That listings, images or their associated content may be removed at any time at The Old Car Guys descretion for reasons including but not limited to: illegal, violent, racist or offensive content and materials, false, fake or forged content (including contact information and images)
• Listings are available for 99 days after activation

Refunds
No partial or full refunds are provided, even if a listing is cancelled early.

Privacy
Your information is not sold or shared with third parties but may be used for marketing purposes or to resolve complaints by The Old Car Guys.
